OMG, best day ever! I met with Robyn and we discussed my whole diet plan, right up until the show. We also worked out together, which was so butt kicking! One legged dead lifts are my new favorite thing, ever! And, she keeps promising me it gets better and that there’s more! On top of the amazing weight/stabilization/HIIT work out, when we were done we grabbed a lead rope for a little indoor rock climbing! I’m so happy and excited and exhausted right now!!
